حَدَّثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْقُرَشِيُّ حَدَّثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَن أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ عَن أَنَس أَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us: 'Amr ibn 'Asim narrated to us: Hammam narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «The Imam is appointed to be followed. When he says 'Allahu Akbar,' say 'Allahu Akbar.' When he bows, bow. When he prostrates, prostrate. And when he prays standing, pray standing.»
