حَدَّثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ يوسف حَدَّثنا حُمَيد عَن أَنَس أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ تَرَاصُّوا تَرَاصُّوا إِنِّي لأَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ تَرَاصُّوا تَرَاصُّوا إِنِّي لأَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Sahl ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Humayd narrated to us, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stood for prayer, then turned to us with his face and said: «Stand close together, stand close together. Indeed, I see you from behind my back.»
