English Translation

Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us: Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us: My father narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «The believer is the one from whom people feel secure regarding their lives and wealth. The Muslim is the one from whom Muslims are safe from his tongue and hand. The Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who abandons evil. By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, a servant will not enter Paradise whose neighbor is not safe from his harm.»
