حَدَّثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيد اللَّهِ المخرمي حَدَّثنا يُونُس بن محمد حَدَّثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَن أَنَس بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَفْتَتِحُونَ الْقِرَاءَةَ ب الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العالمين ويسلموا تسليمة اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَفْتَتِحُونَ الْقِرَاءَةَ ب الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العالمين ويسلموا تسليمة
English Translation
'Amr ibn 'Ali narrated to us: Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us: My father narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas who said: The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was not vulgar, nor a curser, nor an abuser. When he would admonish one of us, he would say: «What is the matter with him? May his forehead be dusty!»
