وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الوجه مَنْ خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الوجه
English Translation
And with his chain of narration, that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Whoever goes out in the pursuit of knowledge is in the way of Allah until he returns.» This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated with this wording from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) except through this chain.
