حَدَّثنا محمد بن أبي الوليد الفحام حَدَّثنا الوضاح بن يحيي حَدَّثنا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَاصِم عَن أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَكْتَحِلُ وِتْرًاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ إلاَّ أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَاصِم صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَكْتَحِلُ وِتْرًاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ إلاَّ أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَاصِم
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abi al-Walid al-Fahham narrated to us: al-Waddah ibn Yahya narrated to us: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us from 'Asim from Anas who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to apply kohl (eyeliner) an odd number of times. This hadith, we do not know of anyone who narrated it except Abu al-Ahwas from 'Asim.
