حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عُثمَان بن كرامة حَدَّثنا عُبَيد الله بن موسى حَدَّثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَن جَابِرٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ إِذَا سَافَرَ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَإِذَا أَقَامَ بأرض تطوع عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ إِذَا سَافَرَ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَإِذَا أَقَامَ بأرض تطوع
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Uthman ibn Karamah narrated to us, Ubaydullah ibn Musa narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us from Jabir from Salim from his father that the Prophet ﷺ, when he traveled, would pray two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs, and when he stayed in a land, he would offer voluntary prayers.
