حَدَّثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنَ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثنا درست بن زياد حَدَّثنا أَبَان بْنُ طَارِقٍ عَن نافعٍ عَن ابْنِ عُمَر رَفَعَهُ قَالَ مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَى طَعَامٍ لَمْ يُدْعَ إِلَيْهِ دَخَلَ سَارِقًا وَأَكَلَ حَرَامًاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن ابْنِ عُمَر إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَأَبَانُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ لا نَعْلَمُ أَسْنَدَ عَن نافعٍ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ولاَ رَواه عَنْهُ إلاَّ دُرُسْتُ وَدُرَسْتُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِهِ بأس قَالَ مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَى طَعَامٍ لَمْ يُدْعَ إِلَيْهِ دَخَلَ سَارِقًا وَأَكَلَ حَرَامًاوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن ابْنِ عُمَر إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَأَبَانُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ لا نَعْلَمُ أَسْنَدَ عَن نافعٍ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ولاَ رَواه عَنْهُ إلاَّ دُرُسْتُ وَدُرَسْتُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِهِ بأس
English Translation
Amr ibn Ali narrated to us saying: Mu'adh narrated to us saying: Shu'bah narrated to us from Habib ibn al-Shahid who said: I heard Ibn Abi Layla saying: Hudhayfah narrated to me saying: We were in a severe state. The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated to me: «Go to those people.» So I went to them. Hudhayfah said: And I supplicated that my prayer would be responded to. I heard Abu Sufyan saying: 'Leave, for indeed we are leaving.' So I returned. Hudhayfah said: I felt sleepy and I slept. Then the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) woke me saying: «O you who is wrapped up, sleep!» - or some such word.
