وحَدَّثنا إبراهيم بن سَعِيد قَال حَدَّثنا يَحْيَى بن سَعِيد الأُمَوي قَال حَدَّثنا ابْنُ جُرَيج عَن خُصَيف عَن مِقْسَم عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ أَشْهَدُ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم مَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم مَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ
English Translation
And Ibrahim ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Umawi narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), who said: I bear witness that I indeed know that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiped over the leather socks [khuffayn].
