حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ نَهَانِي حِبِّي عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ لَا أَقُولُ نَهَى النَّاسَ عَنِ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَالْمُفَدَّمَةِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ وَحَرْمَلَةُ قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ رَاكِعًا أَوْ سَاجِدًا
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us saying: Abd ar-Rahman narrated to us saying: Sufyan narrated to us from Mansur from Abu Wa'il from Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'The Hour will not be established until knowledge is taken away, time passes quickly, earthquakes increase, tribulations appear, and there is much harj.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is harj?' He said: 'Killing, killing.'
