حَدَّثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ مُحَمد بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَال حَدَّثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثني أَبِي عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرة رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم نَهَى عَنِ الأَجْلابِ أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ السُّوقَ وَنَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍوَلا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ إلاَّ مَطَرٌ ولاَ عَن مَطَرٍ إلاَّ هِشَامٌ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم نَهَى عَنِ الأَجْلابِ أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ السُّوقَ وَنَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍوَلا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ إلاَّ مَطَرٌ ولاَ عَن مَطَرٍ إلاَّ هِشَامٌ
English Translation
Narrated Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited intercepting goods before they reach the market and prohibited a resident selling on behalf of a Bedouin. We do not know this hadith narrated from al-Hasan except by Matar, nor from Matar except by Hisham.
