حَدَّثنا عَمْرو بن موسى السامي قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو هِلالٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ مُحَمد بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم مَنْ قَالَ فِي الإِسْلامِ شِعْرًا مقذعاًَ فَلِسَانُهُ هَدَرٌوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ بُرَيْدَةُ مَنْ قَالَ فِي الإِسْلامِ شِعْرًا مقذعاًَ فَلِسَانُهُ هَدَرٌوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ بُرَيْدَةُ
English Translation
Amr ibn Musa as-Sami narrated to us, he said: Abu Hilal ar-Rasibi Muhammad ibn Sulaym narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever composes obscene poetry in Islam, his tongue is subject to no legal protection." This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with this wording except from Burayda.
