وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ طَرِيقِ سُوَيْدٍ وَمَعْمَرٍ وَالْأَوَّلُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ إِلَّا سُوَيْدٌ وَهُوَ إِذَا شَهَرَ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى أَخِيهِ سِلَاحًا اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ طَرِيقِ سُوَيْدٍ وَمَعْمَرٍ وَالْأَوَّلُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ إِلَّا سُوَيْدٌ وَهُوَ إِذَا شَهَرَ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى أَخِيهِ سِلَاحًا
English Translation
And with this chain of narration that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «When two Muslims face each other with their swords, both the killer and the killed are in the Fire.» This hadith is not known to be narrated from Qatadah except through the chains of Suwayd and Ma'mar. The first is not known to be narrated except by Suwayd, and it is: "When a Muslim brandishes a weapon against his brother."
Urdu Translation
اور اسی سند کے ساتھ کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «جب دو مسلمان اپنی تلواروں کے ساتھ آمنے سامنے ہوں تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں جہنم میں ہیں۔» یہ حدیث قتادہ سے صرف سوید اور معمر کی سند سے معلوم ہے۔ اور پہلی حدیث صرف سوید سے معلوم ہے، اور وہ یہ ہے: «جب مسلمان اپنے بھائی کے خلاف ہتھیار اٹھائے۔»
