حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَوْدِيُّ قَالَ نَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara', who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was asked: O Messenger of Allah, which deed is best? He said: «Faith in Allah.» He said: Then what? He said: «Jihad in the path of Allah.» He said: Then what? He said: «An accepted Hajj.»
