حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الصَّايِغُ قَالَ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَوَّلُ جَدَّةٍ وَرِثَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَدَّةٌ وَابْنُهَا حَيُّ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ وَلَمْ يُتَابِعْ عَلَيْهِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ هَذَا فَهُوَ لَيِّنُ الْحَدِيثِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَدَّةٌ وَابْنُهَا حَيُّ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ وَلَمْ يُتَابِعْ عَلَيْهِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ هَذَا فَهُوَ لَيِّنُ الْحَدِيثِ
English Translation
Ibrahim ibn Ziyad al-Sa'igh narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Salim informed us, from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: The first grandmother to inherit during the time of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was a grandmother whose son was still alive. This hadith — we do not know anyone who narrated it except Muhammad ibn Salim, and he was not corroborated in it.
