حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ قَالَ نا زَائِدَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ قَالَ أَصْبَحْنَا عَلَى فِطْرَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَكَلِمَةِ الْإِخْلَاصِ وَمِلَّةِ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَإِذَا أَمْسَى قَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَحَدَّثَنِي زُبَيْدُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نا زَائِدَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ قَالَ أَصْبَحْنَا عَلَى فِطْرَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَكَلِمَةِ الْإِخْلَاصِ وَمِلَّةِ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَإِذَا أَمْسَى قَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَحَدَّثَنِي زُبَيْدُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
English Translation
Bishr ibn Adam narrated to us, he stated: Al-Husayn ibn Ali al-Ju'fi narrated to us, he stated: Za'idah narrated to us from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah from Ibrahim from Abd ar-Rahman ibn Yazid from Hadrat Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him), he stated: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), when he would wake in the morning, would state: «We have awakened upon the natural disposition of Islam, the word of sincerity, and the way of our father Ibrahim, making the religion purely for Him.» And when he would reach evening, he would state the same. Al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah stated: And Zubayd narrated to me from Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Yazid from his father from Abdullah from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).
