حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الْعَمَلِ الصَّلَاةُ لِوَقْتِهَا وَبِرِّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ الْحَسَنُ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الْعَمَلِ الصَّلَاةُ لِوَقْتِهَا وَبِرِّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ الْحَسَنُ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو
English Translation
Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubaidullah, from Abu Amr al-Shaybani, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), who said: «The best of deeds is prayer at its proper time, and dutifulness to parents.» Thus al-Hasan narrated it from Abu Amr.
