English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) fell ill and gathered his sons and family. He said to them: 'O my sons, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: Whoever performs Hajj from Makkah on foot until he returns to it, for every step he will be credited with seven hundred good deeds from the good deeds of the Haram.' Some of them asked: 'What are the good deeds of the Haram?' He said: 'Each good deed equals one hundred thousand good deeds.' This was narrated solely by Isa ibn Sawadah, and he is unknown.
