وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا يَحْيَى أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ أنبأ هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ أَيُبَاشِرُ الصَّائِمُ؟ قَالَتْ لَا قُلْتُ أَلَيْسَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُبَاشِرُ؟ قَالَتْ كَانَ أَمْلَكَكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ
English Translation
Al-Aswad ibn Yazid said: 'I asked Aisha: "Does the fasting person engage in intimacy?" She said: "No." I said: "Did not the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) do so?" She said: "He had the most control over his desire among you."'
