أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَنْبَأََ أَحْمَدُ أنبأ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَنْبَسِ عَنِ الْأَغَرِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُبَاشَرَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ وَأَتَاهُ آخَرُ فَسَأَلَهُ فَنَهَاهُ فَإِذَا الَّذِي رَخَّصَ لَهُ شَيْخٌ وَالَّذِي نَهَاهُ شَابٌّ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah narrated that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about intimacy for the fasting person. He gave permission to one and forbade the other. The one he gave permission to was an elderly man, and the one he forbade was a young man.
