وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي جَوْهَرٍ زَكَاةٌ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَمَوْقُوفٌ
English Translation
Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us with a chain of narration from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) regarding the zakah on different types of wealth and the duties of the Muslims in paying them properly.
