وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ ثنا أَبُو عَوْنٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ ثنا عَبْدَانُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُجِيبٍ قَالَ كَانَ نَعْلُ سَيْفِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا أَبُو ذَرٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ تَرَكَ بَيْضَاءَ أَوْ صَفْرَاءَ كُوِيَ بِهِمَا كَذَا قَالَهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ وَقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ أَوْ فُلَانِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ وَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِيهِ نَظَرٌ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Hasan Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abdus narrated to us: Uthman ibn Sa'id al-Darimi narrated to us: al-Qa'nabi narrated what he read to Malik from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Abu Salih al-Samman, from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'No owner of gold or silver who does not pay its zakah, except that on the Day of Resurrection plates of fire will be hammered for him, then heated in the fire of Hell, and his side, forehead, and back will be branded with them. Every time they cool, they are reheated, on a day whose length is fifty thousand years, until judgment is made among the servants, and then he sees his path - either to Paradise or to Hell.'
