أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ وَحُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ الْمَعْنِيُّ أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَهُمْ ثنا حُسَيْنٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَعَهَا ابْنَةٌ لَهَا وَفِي يَدِ ابْنَتِهَا مَسْكَتَانِ غَلِيظَتَانِ مِنْ ذَ��َبٍ فَقَالَ لَهَا أَتُعْطِينَ زَكَاةَ هَذَا؟ قَالَتْ لَا قَالَ أَيَسُرُّكِ أَنْ يُسَوِّرَكِ اللهُ بِهِمَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ سِوَارَيْنِ مِنْ نَارٍ قَالَ فَخَطَفَتْهُمَا فَأَلْقَتْهُمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَالَتْ هُمَا لِلَّهِ ﷻ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَهَذَا يَتَفَرَّدُ بِهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
English Translation
Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Abu Kamil and Humayd ibn Mas'ada with the same meaning: Khalid ibn al-Harith narrated to them: Husayn narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with her daughter, and on her daughter's hand were two thick gold bracelets. He said to her: 'Do you pay the zakah on these?' She said: No. He said: 'Would it please you that Allah puts on you two bracelets of fire on the Day of Resurrection?' So she took them off and threw them to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: They are for Allah the Almighty and His Messenger. This is narrated exclusively by Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather.
