أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ أنبأ حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ لَا بَأْسَ بِلُبْسِ الْحُلِيِّ إِذَا أُعْطِيَ زَكَاتُهُ 7545 وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْتُبُ إِلَى خَازِنِهِ سَالِمٍ أَنْ يُخْرِجَ زَكَاةَ حُلِيِّ بَنَاتِهِ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ
English Translation
Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami informed us: Ali ibn Umar al-Hafiz narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Farisi narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us: Husayn al-Mu'allim narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from Urwa, from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) who said: There is no harm in wearing jewelry if its zakah is paid. And from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather that he used to write to his treasurer Salim to pay the zakah on his daughters' jewelry every year.
