Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Abu Kamil narrated to us: Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us. And Uthman ibn Abi Shayba narrated to us: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us - this is the hadith of Abu Kamil - from Muhammad ibn Abi Isma'il: Abd al-Rahman ibn Hilal al-Absi narrated from Jarir ibn Abdullah who said: Some people - meaning Bedouins - came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: Some of the charity collectors come to us and oppress us. He said: 'Satisfy your charity collectors.' They said: O Messenger of Allah, even if they oppress us? He said: 'Satisfy your charity collectors.' Uthman added: Even if you are oppressed. Abu Kamil said in his hadith: Jarir said: No charity collector has departed from me after I heard this from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) except that he was satisfied with me.
