وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ كَكَسْرِهِ حَيًّا
English Translation
The mourning period is three days, during which condolences are offered. Beyond three days, mourning is only prescribed for a widow (four months and ten days).
