وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ يَعْنِي مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ نَصْرٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ وَكِيعٍ عَنِ الْعُمَرِيِّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ
English Translation
Abu Zakariyya and others informed us... al-Shafi'i said: Nothing of the sacrifice should be given to the butcher as payment. The owner eats from it, feeds others, gives charity, and stores. He can eat a third, give charity with a third, and gift a third.
