أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ إِذَا نَعَسَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلَ مِنْهُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ البيهقي ٥٩٢٧: عن
English Translation
Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) who narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) encouraged making room for others in the assembly, citing the verse: {O you who believe, when you are told to make room in assemblies, then make room; Allah will make room for you} [al-Mujadalah 58:11].
