أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَنَّاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ ؓ مَا كَانَتْ لِإِحْدَانَا إِلَّا ثَوْبٌ وَاحِدٌ تَحِيضُ فِيهِ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنْ دَمٍ بَلَّتْهُ بِرِيقِهَا ثُمَّ قَصَعَتْهُ بِظُفْرِهَا
English Translation
'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: 'None of us had more than one garment in which she would menstruate. If any blood got on it, she would moisten it with her saliva and scrape it off with her fingernail.'
