أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ فِيمَا قَرَأْتُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثنا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ثنا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَقْبَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَهُوَ مُرْدِفٌ أُسَامَةَ عَلَى الْقَصْوَاءِ وَمَعَهُ بِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْحَجَبِيُّ حَتَّى أَنَاخَ عِنْدَ الْبَيْتِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِعُثْمَانَ ايتِنَا بِمِفْتَاحٍ فَجَاءَهُ بِالْمِفْتَاحِ فَفَتَحَ لَهُ الْبَابَ فَدَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأُسَامَةُ وَبِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ ثُمَّ أَغْلَقُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْبَابَ فَمَكَثَ نَهَارًا طَوِيلًا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَابْتَدَرَ النَّاسُ الدُّخُولَ فَسَبَقْتُهُمْ فَوَجَدْتُ بِلَالًا قَائِمًا وَرَاءَ الْبَابِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ صَلَّى بَيْنَ الْعَمُودَيْنِ الْمُقَدَّمَيْنِ وَكَانَ الْبَيْتُ عَلَى سِتَّةِ أَعْمِدَةٍ شَطْرَيْنِ صَلَّى بَيْنَ الْعَمُودَيْنِ مِنَ الشَّطْرِ الْمُقَدَّمِ وَجَعَلَ بَابَ الْبَيْتِ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ فَاسْتَقْبَلَ بِوَجْهِهِ الَّذِي يَسْتَقْبِلُكَ حِينَ تَلِجُ وَالْبَيْتُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجِدَارِ قَالَ وَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَهُ كَمْ صَلَّى وَعِنْدَ الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي صَلَّى فِيهِ مَرْمَرَةٌ حَمْرَاءُ وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُرَيْجٍ
English Translation
Ibn Umar said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) came in the year of the Conquest, riding al-Qaswa' with Usamah riding behind him, along with Bilal and Uthman ibn Talhah al-Hajabi. He halted at the House, then said to Uthman: Bring us the key. He brought the key and opened the door for him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) entered along with Usamah, Bilal, and Uthman, then they closed the door behind them. He stayed for a long time during the day, then came out. People rushed to enter, and I outran them. I found Bilal standing behind the door, and I said to him: Where did the Prophet (peace be upon him) pray? He said: He prayed between the two front pillars. The House had six pillars in two rows; he prayed between the two pillars of the front row, with the door of the House behind his back. He faced the wall that faces you when you enter, and between him and that wall was about three cubits. He said: I forgot to ask him how many rak'ahs he prayed. At the place where he prayed there was a red marble stone. Al-Bukhari narrated it in the Sahih from Muhammad from Surayj.
