أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ أنبأ حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ ثنا الْفُضَيْلُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ الْأَسْوَدَ وَعَمْرَو بْنَ مَيْمُونٍ قَالَا صَلَّيْنَا خَلْفَ عُمَرَ الْفَجْرَ فَلَمْ يَقْنُتْ مَنْصُورٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَحْفَظَ وَأَوْثَقَ مِنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ فَرِوَايَةُ حَمَّادٍ فِي هَذَا تُوَافِقُ الْمَذْهَبَ الْمَشْهُورَ البيهقي ٣١١٣: عن
English Translation
Ibn Umar narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Night prayer is two by two. When one of you fears the approaching of dawn, let him pray one rak'ah to make what he has prayed witr (odd)."
