وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ قَرَأَ عَلْقَمَةُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ وَكَانَ حَسَنَ الصَّوْتِ فَقَالَ رَتِّلْ فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي فَإِنَّهُ زَيْنُ الْقُرْآنِ
English Translation
Abu Qatadah narrated: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to recite al-Fatihah and a surah in the first two rak'ahs of Zuhr, and only al-Fatihah in the last two."
