أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا حِبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَدُ الزِّنَا شَرُّ الثَّلَاثَةِ إِذَا عَمِلَ بِعَمَلِ أَبَوَيْهِ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ ضَعِيفٌ وَمَا قَبْلَهُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَإِنَّمَا يُرْوَى هَذَا الْكَلَامُ عَلَى الْخَبَرِ مِنْ قَوْلِ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ
English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The child of fornication is the worst of the three - if he acts like his parents. This chain is weak, and the previous one is also not strong. This statement is only reliably narrated as the words of Sufyan al-Thawri.
