أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا أَبُو يَحْيَى عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَثَوَّبَ رَجُلٌ فِي الظُّهْرِ أَوِ الْعَصْرِ فَقَالَ اخْرُجْ بِنَا فَإِنَّ هَذِهِ بِدْعَةٌ
English Translation
Abdullah ibn Amr narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When you hear the mu'adhdhin, repeat what he says, then send blessings upon me. Whoever sends one blessing upon me, Allah sends ten upon him. Then ask Allah to grant me the wasila, for it is a station in Paradise that is only for one servant of Allah, and I hope to be that one. Whoever asks for the wasila for me, my intercession is guaranteed for him."
