أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ كُلُّ اسْتِثْنَاءٍ مَوْصُولٌ فَلَا حَنَثَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مَوْصُولٍ فَهُوَ حَانِثٌ
English Translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Every exception that is connected (to the oath) means there is no perjury upon its maker. But if it is not connected, then he is a perjurer.
