أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي أنا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَعَنْ لَبَنِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَأَنْ يُشْرَبَ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ تَابَعَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ إِلَّا أَنَّ حَمَّادَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اللَّبَنَ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا قَتَادَةُ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَقَالَ عَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ
English Translation
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan the judge informed us, Abu Sahl ibn Ziyad al-Qattan informed us, Yahya ibn Ja'far ibn al-Zibriqan narrated to us, Abu Amir al-Aqadi narrated to us, Hisham ibn Abi Abdullah narrated to us from Qatadah, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited the muthajjamah (animal used as a target), the milk of the jallalah, and drinking from the mouth of the waterskin." Sa'id ibn Abi Arubah, Hammad ibn Salamah, and Umar ibn Amir followed him from Qatadah, except that Hammad ibn Salamah said: "and riding the jallalah" - he did not mention the milk. Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us of it, Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq al-Saghani narrated to us, Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, and he mentioned it with its meaning and said: "riding the jallalah." It has also been narrated from Ikrimah from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him).
