وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِطَعَامِ الْمَجُوسِ إِنَّمَا نُهِيَ عَنْ ذَبَائِحِهِمْ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ الْمَكِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَلَمَةَ مُحْتَجًّا بِهِ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فِيهِ ضَعْفٌ وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ البيهقي ١٩١٧٢: عن
English Translation
And Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Asbahani informed us, Abu Muhammad ibn Hayyan informed us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hatim narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Sinan narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us from Yahya ibn Salamah ibn Kuhayil from his father from Abdullah ibn al-Khalil al-Hadrami from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "There is no harm in the food of the Magians; they were only prohibited regarding their slaughtered animals." Ibn Khuzaymah narrated it from Yusuf ibn Musa from Ibn Numayr, and from Muhammad ibn Maymun al-Makki from Abu Sa'id, the freedman of Banu Hashim, from Yahya ibn Salamah, using it as evidence. However, Yahya ibn Salamah has some weakness. It has also been said from him, from his father, from Abdullah ibn al-Khalil from his father from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). And it was narrated from Qays ibn al-Rabi' from Salamah ibn Kuhayil from Abdullah ibn Abi al-Khalil al-Hadrami.
