أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي عَنْ أُمِّ بِلَالٍ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ وَكَانَ أَبُوهَا يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ضَحُّوا بِالْجَذَعِ مِنَ الضَّأْنِ فَإِنَّهُ جَائِزٌ
English Translation
Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad al-Muqri' informed us, al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Yusuf ibn Ya'qub the judge narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr narrated to us, Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Muhammad ibn Abi Yahya, my mother narrated to me from Umm Bilal, a woman from Aslam whose father was at al-Hudaybiyyah with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Sacrifice with the young sheep from the ewes, for it is permissible."
