أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ وَاضِحٍ ثنا الْمُسَيَّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ الْيَقْظَانِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَسَخَتِ الزَّكَاةُ كُلَّ صَدَقَةٍ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَنَسَخَ غُسْلُ الْجَنَابَةِ كُلَّ غُسْلٍ وَنَسَخَ صَوْمُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّ صَوْمٍ وَنَسَخَ الْأَضْحَى كُلَّ ذَبْحٍ
English Translation
Abu Sa'd al-Malini informed us, Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Hafiz informed us, al-Hasan ibn Sufyan informed us, al-Musayyab ibn Wadih narrated to us, al-Musayyab ibn Sharik narrated to us from Utbah ibn al-Yaqdhan, from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The zakat has abrogated every charity in the Quran, the bath of janabah has abrogated every other bath, the fast of Ramadan has abrogated every other fast, and the sacrifice has abrogated every other slaughter."
