English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Jibril came to me and said: I had come to you yesterday and nothing prevented me from entering except that there was a statue at the door, a curtain with images on it, and a dog in the house. So command that the head of the statue be cut off so it becomes like a tree, command the curtain to be cut and made into floor cushions, and command the dog to be taken out.
