English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) combined Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha, in Madinah without being in a state of fear or rain." He was asked: "Why did he do that?" He said: "So that his ummah would not be burdened."
