أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَسْهَمَ لِلرَّجُلِ وَلِفَرَسِهِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَسْهُمٍ سَهْمًا لَهُ وَسَهْمَيْنِ لِفَرَسِهِ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ كَمَا مَضَى فِي كِتَابِ الْقَسْمِ وَقَدْ مَضَتْ سَائِرُ الْأَخْبَارِ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ فِيهِ
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) was asked: "What about a man who comes to take my property?" He said: "Do not give it to him." He said: "What if he fights me?" He said: "Fight him." He said: "What if he kills me?" He said: "You are a martyr." He said: "What if I kill him?" He said: "He is in the Fire."
