أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَشْنَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي غُنْدَرًا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ ؓ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ سَتُعَانُونَ فِي غَزْوِكُمْ بِالْمُنَافِقِينَ
English Translation
The non-Muslims who pay the jizyah are guaranteed the protection of their lives, property, and religious practice, as long as they abide by the conditions of the agreement.
