أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ كُلُّ عَسَى فِي الْقُرْآنِ فَهِيَ وَاجِبَةٌ
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) fought the apostates through his companions. Abu Bakr's wars against the apostates established the principle that the Muslim state must fight apostasy.
