أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْمُحَمَّدْ آبَاذِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ الْأَقْلَفِ حَمْزَةُ الْجَزَرِيُّ تَرَكُوهُ لَا يَجُوزُ الِاحْتِجَاجُ بِخَبَرِهِ البيهقي ١٧٥٧٢: عن
English Translation
Ali used not to accept the testimony of an uncircumcised person. However, the narrator Hamzah al-Jazari has been abandoned and his reports are not used as evidence.
