قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَخْتَتِنْ وَهَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوجِبُهُ وَأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ الْخِتَانُ سُنَّةٌ أَرَادَ بِهِ سُنَّةَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْمُوجِبَةَ وَأَحْسَنُ مَا يُسْتَدَلُّ بِهِ فِي هَذِهِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ مَا
English Translation
Ibn Abbas said: "The prayer of a man who has not been circumcised is not accepted." This indicates he considered it obligatory, and his saying "circumcision is a Sunnah" meant the obligatory Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
