أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا الْبُخَارِيُّ ح قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ عَلَى كُلِّ بَطْنٍ عُقُولُهُ
English Translation
Narrations about the finality of judicial decisions and the circumstances under which a ruling may be reviewed or reversed. A judge's ruling stands unless it contradicts a clear text of the Quran or Sunnah.
