وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أنبأ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ عَقْلُ الْكَافِرِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ
English Translation
Discussion of the prohibition of bribery in judicial proceedings. The Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes it. Judges must be impartial and free from corrupt influences.
