أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ وَابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَزَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ جِرَاحَاتُ النِّسَاءِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِيمَا قَلَّ وَكَثُرَ
English Translation
Narrations about the Prophet's judicial decisions and the principles he applied in resolving disputes between parties. He emphasized fairness, evidence, and the protection of rights.
