أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ طَارِقٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ قَالَ فِي قَوْلِهِ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ قَالَ لِلَّذِي جُرِحَ
English Translation
Discussion of the hadd punishment for adultery (zina) — stoning for the married person (muhsan) and flogging for the unmarried.
